I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-2 business days from day order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Tracking numbers will be updated 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 2 business please contact us here.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from our warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. Please keep in mind that delivery time frames begin calculating once order has shipped from our warehouse.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.

Why was an item cancelled from my order?
Orders or parts of an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons.


Possible reasons include:

  • We are unable to ship to the address provided.
  • Your item has become unavailable at the time of packing.
  • We are having difficulty processing your payment information.

If your order/item(s) are cancelled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind that you will not be billed for any cancelled item(s)/ order.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via contacting us here. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours.
